Fire Risk Assessments


 
A fire risk assessment is required under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Order 2005), If you own a business with 5 or more people or you are the responsible person for a building then you need to make sure a competent person carries out a thorough fire risk assessment for your premises.

We only carry out fire risk assessments on non complex small to medium places of assembly, including offices, shops, salons, warehouses and holiday lets.

Our fire risk assessor will visit your premises at a time convenient with you. The process identifies fire hazards and those at risk in your workplace.

You will receive the findings of the fire risk assessment in PDF form with a list of actions which should be acted on to make the building fire compliant. As well as a fire policy, evacuation procedure and fire safety log book.


Our assessor is an Associate Grade member of The Institute of Fire Safety Managers.
